Sales and Payment Terms

• Quoted prices are valid for 3 months following quotation date
• All payments must be in US Dollars
• Orders may be placed either with (i) Credit Card, (ii) Purchase Order, (iii) 100% pre-payment by wire transfer, or (iv) Letter of Credit
  Note: Plexon may require certain orders outside the USA to be paid either by credit card, 100% wire-transfer prepayment, or L/C
• Purchase Order payment terms: net 30 days after ship date
• Purchase Order payments made by check must be drawn on a U.S. bank
• A $600 L/C handling fee will be applied to orders involving Letters of Credit
• A 3% credit card convenience fee will be added for all credit card orders over $5000 USD
• Prices quoted are in US Dollars, and DO NOT INCLUDE VAT, excise, import, or other taxes.
• Orders are shipped with all duties and taxes to be paid by the customer; customer may provide documentation for exemption of VAT, customs, or taxes (if available)
• Orders for custom components are non-cancelable and non-refundable
• Minimum order of $200 for small items such as connectors and adaptors
• Typical lead time for delivery of MAP, Recorder, MEA Workstations, and NAN electrode drives is 30-60 days ARO
• Typical lead time for delivery of motorized commutators is 100-120 days ARO

Warranty and Returns Policy

• Life-time technical support
• Three (3) year parts and labor warranty on non-consumable products
• Warranty on pass-through items such as Dell PCs, monitors, NI subsystems, and Hameg oscilloscopes as obtained from the original manufacturer
• An RMA number must be issued by the Plexon support department prior to any return, and must be included with the return
• Return of certain items (e.g. connectors, electrode adaptors, headstages, cables, etc.) may incur a 30% restocking fee
